Lemonade Scones

Ingredients:

Adjust Servings
3cups self-raising flour
1cup cream
1cup lemonade
1/4cup milk for glazing
Jam and whipped cream to serve

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Place all ingredients except milk in a mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together. On a floured work bench, roll the scones to a 2cm thickness, Cut with a 6cm cutter and place onto a lined baking tray. Brush with milk. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly covered. Enjoy warm with jam and cream.
