Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
1 1/2teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon ghee or olive oil
1cup lukewarm water

Directions

Method
Place the flour in a mixing bowl along with the salt. Rub in the ghee or oil. Add water and mix to a firm not stiff dough. knead dough for 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Cover and let stand for an hour. Shape dough into balls the size of a walnut and roll each on a lightly flour surface until thin and crepe like. Heat a heavy based frying pan until very hot and cook for about a minute each side. Wrap in a clean tea towel until ready to serve.
