3cups self-raising flour | |
1cup cream | |
1cup lemonade | |
1/4cup milk for glazing |
Jam and whipped cream to serve
Directions

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Place all ingredients except milk in a mixing bowl.
Mix with a wooden spoon until the dough comes together.
On a floured work bench, roll the scones to a 2cm thickness, Cut with a 6cm cutter and place onto a lined baking tray. Brush with milk.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly covered.
Enjoy warm with jam and cream.
